Building Our Future is excited to announce the launch of our Results Count Cohort (formerly Continuous Improvement Cohort)! We invite any community partner organization in Kenosha County to consider applying. This Cohort is an excellent opportunity to zoom out on your work, get clear on your results, and receive tailored coaching to improve on your program outcomes - all in service of improving our Kenosha community.

From March to June, a team of 2-4 from your organization can join with others to build a cohort learning environment where you'll learn from each other, try out new tools, and improve your skills in evidence-based decision making. The Cohort will meet seven times between March and June. Each participant will receive a copy of the book Upstream: How to Solve Problems Before They Happen, and each team will receive two personalized coaching sessions with trained BOF facilitators. The cost to participate is $100 per organization.

Curious to learn more? Hear directly from two organizations who participated in last year's cohort--KAC and United Way--in our Together, We're Better podcast episode, "Taking the Time to Make Results Count."
  • "I was blown away from the learning and growth that happened for my team, and we're now using this as a model moving forward. All three early childhood programs are now on the same page. Managers saw this as an a-ha moment, and there's greater buy-in from frontline staff." - Chris Weyker, CEO, KAC
  • “I think we all do [continuous improvement] subconsciously, where we’re constantly looking at what we can improve… The difference with the Cohort was you really took the time to dive into [your] program or service, and to me, that time, the tools, and the coaching alongside it, was so beneficial.” - Laurie McDonald, former Community Impact Director, United Way of Kenosha County

We invite you to apply! Please see the flier and FAQs for more details, and fill out this application form before March 1st. Please also consider sharing this opportunity with others you know--organizations do not need to be a current partner of BOF to participate. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Lynn Debilzen at ldebilzen@buildingourfuturekc.org.

Together, we can achieve better results for our community.
