Earlier this month, Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction (DPI) released its latest data on high school completion, postsecondary enrollment, attendance, and more from the 2023-24 school year—along with fall enrollment figures for 2024-25.
While Kenosha County’s fall enrollment has declined for the seventh time in eight years, there are encouraging signs of progress: high school completion, postsecondary enrollment, and attendance rates continue to make incremental gains toward pre-pandemic levels. Curious about how Kenosha’s student demographics and outcomes have shifted over time? Explore our Cradle-to-Career dashboard to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for action. For the fifth straight year, we’ve partnered with local leaders to explore how collective impact drives education and economic mobility in Kenosha.
Through a data walk and root-cause-analysis exercise, we sparked meaningful discussions on educational outcomes—emphasizing that schools are just one piece of the puzzle in a student’s long-term success. The energy in the room was inspiring, and we can’t wait to see how these leaders turn insights into action! Thank you, Leadership Kenosha, for the invitation! Let’s keep building a brighter future together. KUSD High Schoolers Lead the Conversations: Watch the Youth Town Hall School Board Candidate Forum3/17/2025
