While Kenosha County’s fall enrollment has declined for the seventh time in eight years, there are encouraging signs of progress: high school completion, postsecondary enrollment, and attendance rates continue to make incremental gains toward pre-pandemic levels. For the fifth straight year, we’ve partnered with local leaders to explore how collective impact drives education and economic mobility in Kenosha.
Through a data walk and root-cause-analysis exercise, we sparked meaningful discussions on educational outcomes—emphasizing that schools are just one piece of the puzzle in a student’s long-term success.
